We want you to love your KamiBib™. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags (if applicable).
• Due to the nature of our product and for sanitary reasons, used or soiled bibs cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at kamcorder7@gmail with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

com  Exchanges:

We’re happy to exchange unused bibs for a different color or pattern (if available). Reach out within 14 days to request an exchange.
